PERFORM and SEASON Break New Ground with Total College Sports Launch

New York, Tuesday 1st November, 2011 – International digital sports media business PERFORM, and SEASON, the US based digital sports sponsorship and advertising platform backed by the ownership group of the Chicago White Sox, have today announced a partnership that will see the launch of Total College Sports, a dynamic new college sports network made specifically for digital distribution.
Rights have been secured for college football and men’s basketball from the SEC, Big 12, ACC Conferences and for the 2011-12 season for the Pac-12 Conference. The highlights will be accompanied by a first class slate of regularly scheduled programming with a full studio based team anchored by Melanie Collins and supported by ex-NFL stars Sean Salisbury and Lavar Arrington, providing in depth analysis, opinion, debate and interactive programming, all brought together under the Total College Sports (TCS) brand.
Total College Sports is a series of daily short form video programs designed for the digital age and distributed to connected audiences via local media websites and national sports and media portals. Total College Sports will also be available as a channel on ePlayer, PERFORM’s sports VOD broadcast platform and part of the SEASON network that launched in 2010 and currently sits on over 250 websites in the US, streaming the best in American sports including MLB, NBA, NHL, MLS, NASCAR, PGA Tour, WTA, ATP and UFC highlights.
